Signing the report: Senator Taylor, Chair, Senators Leman, Donley, Representative Phillips, Chair, Representatives Barnes, Ulmer. Previous Senate fiscal note and zero fiscal notes apply to the Conference Committee Substitute. Senator Taylor moved that the Senate adopt CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 69. Senator Adams objected, then withdrew his objection. The question being: "Shall CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 69 pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: CONFERENCE CS HB 69 Shall the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report? Court Rule YEAS: 17 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Halford, Kelly, Kerttula, Leman, Lincoln, Little, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Zharoff Nays: Rieger Excused: Donley, Jacko and so, CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 69 "An Act relating to registration of and information about sex offenders and amending Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure 11(c) and 32(b)" passed the Senate. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the Court Rule change.
